Why Keel exists

Keel was built to help leadership teams turn strategic intent into consistent execution — an approach proven inside a real business first, not designed as a consulting pitch.

The origin of the firm is practical. The operating logic behind Keel was first applied inside a real business — not as a consulting initiative, but as an internal transformation.

The change was tangible. Strategic priority became clearer. OKRs were grounded in real direction rather than aspiration. Meetings became fewer and more purposeful. Leadership conversations shifted from activity to progress.

Keel was built to help other organisations realise that same shift — deliberately, and without unnecessary complexity.

Keel is led by Greg Good, who first implemented this operating structure within his own organisation. After experiencing its impact firsthand, he began working with other leadership teams to design similar clarity — combining structured workshops with practical execution support.

His background is rooted in operating experience, not traditional consulting. That perspective shapes Keel's approach: pragmatic, structured, and focused on outcomes that hold beyond a single planning cycle.

Keel engagements are delivered alongside senior practitioners with decades of experience in strategy and performance system design, ensuring disciplined facilitation and depth where required.

Keel doesn't operate on an open-ended consulting model — see how Keel is different for more on fixed-term engagements, the platform, and why dependency was never the goal.
